MUKESH AGGARWAL
He has around 30 years in the field of construction, real estate development and consultancy. Focuses on aspects of growth and development – mentoring and growing people, design & delivery, monitoring revenue margins as well as evaluating operational efficiency.
He has a proven track record of coordinating large-scale projects including a variety of domestic projects ranging from hotels in Gurgaon to group housing projects in Mumbai to residential projects in Delhi.
​Mukesh’s experience ranges from mentoring & motivating individuals to engendering in them effective teamwork, leadership and technical expertise to documenting and coordinating a wide variety of projects – from residential to commercial.

ANKIT AGGARWAL
Alumni from FORE School of Management (Finance & Marketing) has more than 20 years in the field of bespoke turnkey construction and boutique residential and commercial interiors with focus on aspects of growth and development at the Delhi office – streamlining business development, design & delivery, monitoring revenue margins as well as implementing new directives for growth.
He has a proven track record of coordinating residential and commercial projects including a variety of domestic projects ranging from boutique luxury homes, commercial facilities for software and hardware development firms to bespoke interior solutions.
Principal Architect
VIDUSHI JAIN
With a Bachelor's in Architecture degree from Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Gurgaon, Vidushi has over twelve years of experience in the industry with a diverse portfolio of successfully completed projects. She discovered her passion for architecture as a young adult and it continues to grow with the same sense of excitement even today.
She enjoys listening and responding to her clients, empowering them to make informed decisions and leading them through an exciting and positive design and building process. With a keen eye for detail and a strong technical background, she possesses the zeal and enthusiasm to continuously push the boundaries of both learning and innovating in her field.
Her primary area of expertise is in hospitality and residential projects, having served in the design team for both- prestigious hotel properties like the ITC Hotels and Taj Hotels as well as private Villas and independent residences.
Principal Architect
ARJIT SINHA
With over thirteen years of experience in hospitality, commercial, institutional and residential architecture, Arjit has had the opportunity to work on several large and complex projects for both major developers and niche clientele.
With his exhaustive experience in projects of multiple scales and with various organizations, Arjit enjoys experimenting and diversifying in his work. Working closely with the requirements of the client, he has constantly attempted to explore and evolve in his design approach.
His focus is on customization, client satisfaction & honesty towards design. An open communication style and meticulous planning are two key factors in his design ideology. Arjit has in depth experience in design and execution having worked with several residential developers around the country like M3M Group, Jindal Group, Unitech Ltd and IREO Housing.
