1. Scope of Services

MVR Developers offers consulting, coordination, and execution assistance which may include:

• Real estate search, leasing support, and landlord negotiations

• HR hiring and staffing coordination

• IT hardware, software, and product sourcing

• Furniture, interiors, and workspace setup

• Vendor identification, onboarding, and project oversight

Exact service scope is defined in the proposal or agreement shared with the client.

2. Advisory & Coordination Role

MVR Developers acts as an advisor and coordinator. Decisions made based on our recommendations remain solely the client’s responsibility.

3. Third-Party Vendors

We may recommend or coordinate with third-party suppliers such as landlords, recruitment partners, interior contractors, or hardware vendors.
All pricing, delivery timelines, product warranties, and service terms offered by third-party vendors are directly between the vendor and the client.
MVR Developers is not liable for the performance, quality, or delays of third-party entities.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information required to complete the work.

• Review and approve quotations, proposals, or vendor terms in a reasonable timeframe.

• Make payments as per agreed schedules.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared information throughout and after the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

MVR Developers shall not be held liable for financial loss, delays, market conditions, vendor performance, or business outcomes.
Any liability, if applicable, will be limited to the total service fee paid to MVR Developers in the previous 60 days.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.

 

 

Pricing Policy

• Pricing varies based on project scope, complexity, and duration.

• Fees may be structured as fixed project fees, retainers, milestone-based fees, or percentage-based procurement/service coordination fees.

• Government taxes and statutory charges (including GST) are additional.

• Prices do not include third-party vendor charges, rentals, licensing costs, or procurement costs unless explicitly stated.

• Price quotes remain valid for 15 to 30 days from the date of issue.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

• Either party may request cancellation with 30 days’ written notice.

• Work already completed or in progress up to the date of cancellation will be billed.

• If MVR Developers has confirmed vendor orders, bookings, or resource allocations on the client’s behalf, those commitments remain payable by the client.

• Retainers or consultation fees already utilized are non-refundable.

 

 

Refund Policy

• Consulting, coordination, and retainer fees already paid are non-refundable due to time and resource allocation.

• Refunds may only be considered if no work has started and no resources have been assigned at the time of cancellation.

• For procurement-related transactions, refunds depend on vendor policies.
  MVR Developers is not responsible for vendor refusal or delay in refunds.
